What Documentation is required to Lodge a Development Application?

Once development consent has been granted the applicant is able to apply for the construction certificate which allows building work to commence.

Experience has taught me that the majority of people who are considering making an application to council have little idea of the amount of information that all councils require. Some of the information is relevant to the future building process some of it is relevant to the planning process.
